Doctors are available most times to take calls.

If the Doctor is busy with a patient, the receptionist will take a message and refer to the Doctor as soon as possible.

It is a Practice policy that no consultation will be conducted via email as we cannot guarantee confidentiality.

If you need to speak with doctor, please call the practice and schedule an appointment.

REMINDER CALLS

The Centre has a "reminder system" regarding results or follow-up appointments for pathology, pap smear, immunisation, health care plans, and other procedures.

We ask that patients attend for a follow-up consultation to discuss pathology, imaging and other test results, in order to ensure that each and every result is

followed up appropriately.
